Nebraska has clinched the top spot in the Pac-12 North and will host No. 10 Oregon in the Ducks’ first game since losing to UCLA in the Rose Bowl.
The Ducks had won seven straight and six of their past seven games when the Huskers played them in Eugene on Oct. 6.
They won 13-10 at the BCS National Championship Game, their first loss in the conference championship game since 1999.
But now, they’ll have to play Oregon on Saturday for the first time since 2010.
They’ll play the Ducks again in Eugene in December for the season finale.
This is the first game for both teams in a four-game series dating back to 2009.
The Huskers won the game 17-14 at the Rose.
