The big Ten’s top 10 teams made the most in-state visits in the past decade.

And the Huskers won the conference in big ways.

But when Nebraska beat No. 3 Wisconsin for the Big 10 title on Saturday night, the impact was even greater.

“I think it’s great to be able to make that impact,” Nebraska coach Bo Pelini said.

“I think there are many people who have the same passion and the same dream and who want to be great.

I’m sure there are some who don’t.

But I think it really is a great honor.”

Nebraska (9-3) won its fifth straight conference title, which is the longest streak in program history.

The Huskers are 10-2 in the Big 12.

They’ve been in the top 10 in the last two years.

The Huskers played in the Rose Bowl after losing to Iowa State, but they’ve since won six straight games.

The Badgers were in last place in the AP poll after losing two of their three regular-season games.

Wisconsin (8-5) is off to its worst start since 2012 and is on pace to finish with the fewest wins in the nation.

The Boilermakers have lost six straight.

Coach Mike Riley has been able to turn the Badgers’ fortunes around with his offense.

He led Wisconsin to a 14-3 mark this season, and the Badger defense is the top-ranked in the conference.

But the Badgies are averaging just 19.6 points and 15.3 points per game, which are both career lows.

The offense has averaged 20.3.

The Badgers finished with a 31-7 win at No. 10 Texas A&M in the first game of the season, but the Aggies blew a 17-point lead with just under 10 minutes to play.

The Aggies led 27-17 at halftime and took a 31, 21-17 lead into halftime.

The game became a blowout as the Longhorns’ offense and special teams were struggling to make plays.

Texas A & M came out hot in the second half, and coach Kevin Sumlin’s unit held on to beat the Huskies by a score of 31-20.

Wisconsin is 3-0 against Michigan State in the Cotton Bowl and is looking for its first bowl win since 2010.

The Spartans are ranked No. 11 in the preseason AP poll.

The Big Ten title game was a rematch of last year’s game, where the Badges beat the Spartans 42-27.

That game was also played in front of a sellout crowd of 29,854.

Wisconsin won the Pac-12 championship and the conference South title, and it’s the only conference team that has made the NCAA Tournament.

The Golden Flashes are now in the tournament for the first time since 2012.

They also are looking for their first Big Ten Championship since 2008, when the program won the title.

Wisconsin is 11-2 overall and 5-2 against top-five teams.

The first two Big Ten titles were won by Penn State in 2006 and Michigan State last year.

The last time Wisconsin lost a Big Ten championship was in 2007, when they lost at Michigan State.

Michigan State (8.5-3, 3-2 Big Ten) had the Big 20 title game on the line and needed a big play from Purdue quarterback Trevor Siemian to win the title at Michigan Stadium.

The Redhawks had a 31% chance of beating the Spartans and didn’t get it, but quarterback Ryan Finley led the Spartans to a 26-20 victory.

The Wolverines are 12-1 against the Badge defense.

The Spartans are 6-2 all-time against the Wolverines and have won three straight games at home.

The Wolverines (8) lost their season opener to No. 14 Wisconsin, but are 5-0 in their past six matchups.

The only time Wisconsin won a Big 10 game was in 2017.

They lost to Penn State, 31-10, in overtime.

Michigan State was 6-0 the last time the Badgs lost a conference title game.

The next game against Purdue will be the first of two meetings this season.

Purdue (8), which was ranked No, 4 and No. 12 in the final AP poll, is playing the first week of a six-game homestand.

It’s not out of the playoff hunt yet.

Pelini said the Buckeyes’ victory Saturday night was an “absolutely tremendous accomplishment.”

He added that he doesn’t think any other team would be so fortunate to win a Big 12 title and the first since Penn State won in 2011.

Wisconsin has won six in a row at home and seven in a year-and-a-half, and Pelini was particularly pleased with his team’s work ethic this season because it has shown it can beat any team.
